RAA - Ray Art Architect - was founded by the London based British Qualified Architect Ray in 2016.
We work in all aspects of design and construction but specialise in new build houses and the remodelling of existing residential buildings like house extensions, loft conversions and internal refurbishments. We have many years of experience working on a variety of projects in and around London, Kent and international sites for private clients.
RAA offers practical, hands-on experience with creative design inspiration and a unique approach for each project with bespoke solutions. Our main focus is transforming ordinary places into stunning spaces with great benefit for the client as well as the users, achieving planning consent on special or sensitive sites, and designing beautiful tailor-made interiors and exteriors, delivering on budgets to suit your needs.
We will oversee your projects from beginning to end so we can be sure we achieve your unique vision. Our meticulous attention to detail ensures that every project is beautiful, functional, environmental friendly, and generates meaningful value for you and your legacy.
We have good communication with local planning offices, especially in Greenwich, Bromley and Bexley, so far obtaining planning permission consents with 100% successful rate. We will work the extra mile to get the planning consent for you.
The founder:
Ray has been working in the Architectural field for over 25 years, gaining valuable experience from all sorts of building types from residential, housing, office, education, religion and sport.... with positions from architectural designer, package architect, project architect to contract administrator.
Ray is a fully qualified UK Architect with ARB (Architect Register Board ) registered and equivalent to the RIBA ( Royal Institute of British Architect ) part 3 Architect.
He is also a watercolour artist either painting inside the studio or outdoor – Plein air, his paintings have been exhibited in the local library and in Italy. Ray is also a kin property investor with a good rental property portfolio for London.
