Project Brief: Existing 3 bedrooms Bungalow house - adding 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the loft, the master bedroom came with an en-suite shower room and a splendid balcony with a spectacular view of the endless sports field. also creating double ceiling voids with sufficient roof-lights and glazings in the living room and kitchen bring ample natural light into the grand open dining and living area
CHISLEHURST VILLA

Project Brief: Demolish existing conservatory, and construct a new rear extension, new entrance porch to the front elevation and loft conversion with rear dormer, roof lights and Juliet balcony. There were some difficulties with the front dormer window designs, we obtained the full planning permission consent after further design options for the front dormer and evidence shows the neighbours have the similar additional front dormer completed previously.

Project Brief: Two storeys side extension and garage conversion, all materials and approaches were designed to match the current estate setting and style in order to obtain the full planning permission consent. The skilful builder carefully reused the existing bricks and tiles of the garage for the new extension which was perfectly constructed with the existing house. this is as well as protecting the environment by maximising the building material's life.

Two 7 storeys high housing blocks development, each floor has two flats, a total of 28 flats and 4 ground retail units by the lakeside. I was appointed as the Architect and Designer in charge from concept design, construction to completion.

Terraced house with 4 bedrooms and dining room, a complete renovation of the whole house from external windows, doors and roof to internal kitchen and bath room, all walls, ceiling and floors are replaced with new materials under a very tight time schedule and tight budget. I was the main designer and project manager for this project, appointed the contractors and managing them.
